By accessing or using Papr services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of Services
You may use our services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Papr. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
4. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. After that period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention policy.
